Motorized blinds are still considered a luxury, but are definitely becoming more and more prevalent in the residential marketplace. The cost of motorized blinds has dropped significantly over the past few years due to technological advancements and competition between manufacturers. Clearly, motorized blinds aren’t necessary for every window; they are used primarily in living and family rooms where most entertaining takes place and which typically have larger windows. Another common use for motorized blinds is skylights as they are usually hard to reach. Motorized blinds can be wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted or even built into ceilings quite easily these days. There is a battery option for motorized blinds, but there are obvious disadvantages to that.

Humans have been dealing with washroom sanitation throughout the ages, trying to find the ultimate solution for dealing with human waste in the most sanitary manner. The Romans were ingenious enough to introduce a drainage system with running water to deal with the issue. Unfortunately they had no knowledge or understanding of bacteria. The massive public water chambers were engineered to perfection; if only the public had not shared the same brushes to rinse off. Stories and rumours of WC devils floated around and people clung to prayers for staying healthy every time nature called.
