Motorized blinds are still considered a luxury, but are definitely becoming more and more prevalent in the residential marketplace. The cost of motorized blinds has dropped significantly over the past few years due to technological advancements and competition between manufacturers. Clearly, motorized blinds aren’t necessary for every window; they are used primarily in living and family rooms where most entertaining takes place and which typically have larger windows. Another common use for motorized blinds is skylights as they are usually hard to reach. Motorized blinds can be wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted or even built into ceilings quite easily these days. There is a battery option for motorized blinds, but there are obvious disadvantages to that.

It is important to consider motorized blinds when planning a remodel as proper installation requires hard-wiring for each motor and this should be done during the electrical rough-in phase. Let RodRozen Designs show you how! All that’s left for you to decide is if you want to operate them by wall -switch or remote control – then relax and enjoy the cool factor.

The Romans were ingenious enough to introduce a drainage system with running water to deal with the issue. Unfortunately they had no knowledge or understanding of bacteria. The massive public water chambers were engineered to perfection; if only the public had not shared the same brushes to rinse off. Stories and rumours of WC devils floated around and people clung to prayers for staying healthy every time nature called.

Fortunately, today we have a clear understanding of bacteria and hygiene and the bidet has evolved into an important stylish and decorative fixture that has positioned itself as most necessary in every renovated en-suite. RodRozen Designs works with many bathroom fixture suppliers; we have chosen to present Durvit‘s line of bidets as they are stylish and effective in a part of the home that demands both!
