This 1950's style home in Shaughnessy, Vancouver, underwent a considerable renovation and redesigned to create an impressive home for our homeowner and their active family. We leveraged the original home open and crafted an ample family space with a central kitchen, dining and lounge area. In addition, we removed the old low ceiling and lifted the main living room to the vaulted trusses.

With environmental sustainability in mind, we replaced the gas and water heating with energy-efficient units, installed a hot water radiant heating system, selected high-efficiency appliances, and all lights replaced with new LED bulbs/fixtures.
