    Yes, we offer an obligation-free, complimentary consultation to kick things off. And we don't do sales pushes either. That's not our style. 


  • What Is Involved In A Consultation?

    We want to hear your ideas. If you don't have any, that's fine. We can help with inspiration. If you have ideas, jot them down before, this helps the consultation. 

     

    We will want to have a look at the space that you have. We also want to know more about you because we design based on your needs now and in the future. 

  • How Long Have You Been Designing And Building For?

    We started designing and building back in 2004. 

  • What Experience Do You Have Designing And Building Commercial Projects?

    We have over 500 clients for whom we have completed design and builds, of which 25% of these are commercial projects. 


    Our peers have recognized us with several provincial and national building awards in various categories. We have experience with various commercial projects, from offices to therapy spas, florists, medical rooms, gyms and hospitality.


  • How Much Will My Commercial Design And Build Cost?

    The cost will ultimately come down to how much space you want to work with and the quality and complexity of the finishings, accessories, and design detail.

  • Can You Do Just Commercial Construction Or Do You Do Just Designing?

    We are a full-scale design and build firm, which means we can do everything from start to finish. We can also do just the designing part if you want to. Or if you have a design, we can do the building part, whatever works for you. 


    For our commercial clients, a complete design and build is the easiest, as we can ensure your project is completed exactly as planned as we apply a holistic approach to the entire project. 

  • Can You Complete Commercial Building Permits?

    Yes, as part of our design and build process, we complete fully specified building plans that we submit to your city hall. In addition, we ensure that you are updated with the building permit process as it unfolds. 


    We have connections with the various city hall building district planners to monitor the progress of building permits. 

  • Can I Come To Your Showroom?

    Yes, of course, if it suits you, you can come to our showroom at 1463 West Pender Street here in Vancouver. However, it's easiest for us to start where your project is as it gives us a better idea of your space.

           "Ever since we established ourselves in Vancouver in the early 2000s, I have always had a passion to pursue Interior Design. We began Rodrozen Designs, in 2002 and grew from a boutique number of clients to over 500 today. This allowed us to expand to where we are now as a full-scale design and build firm here in beautiful Vancouver, British Colombia.

We consider all elements in what we design, from the smallest bathroom to the grandest of living spaces. Taking into consideration everything from layout and creative use of spaces to the finer details such as the placement and arrangement of designer items and accessories.

Our team takes inspiration from a variety of sources so that we maintain a wide range of ideas to craft contemporary modern spaces to wow our clients. We are proud to source as many products that are made in Canada and ideally products and services from here in the Lower Mainland.
